Sorry for the lack of updates in the blog for the past few days. But rest assured, the plannings for ICHIbanzai'09 is still on the way! XD

Now, for those with amusing voices out there, here's your chance to show everyone your talent! Yup, you're right! It's the KARAOKE COMPETITION!!! *claps*

Below are the rules and regulations for the karaoke competition:

1) There will be 2 round for this competition, Premier round and Final round. Contestants for Premier round will be 25-30 maximum, while only 10 contestants will be selected for the Final round.

2) Each contestant is required to choose maximum 2 songs from the title list provided. Group performances are not allowed.

3) If the contestants choose to repeat the same song, he/she are only allowed to sing maximum twice for each song. Songs which being chosen is unchangable once it's confirmed at the registration booth.

4) Contestants are allowed to bring their own chosen song which are not applied in the list below, but only karaoke/instrument version in MP3 format are allowed in the competition.

5) Contestants are required to apply their chosen song in CD copy at the registration counter before the competition starts. Afterwards, contestant will not be allowed to register their song in the competition.

6) Candidates who's absent while being called up during the competition will be disqualified. Candidates who's absent during the final round will be disqualified as well.

7) Maximum duration for each song allowed in the competition should not be more than 5 minutes. Song genres which are allowed in the competition can only be Anime/Games/J-Pop/J-Rock.

*** Note: During the competition, any instruments or extra equipments which the candidates brought up as part of their stage performances are allowed.

The karaoke song list is yet to be finalized, but I assure you that it will be up by this week. Even after it's up, the list will be updated regularly so do check out on it from time to time =D

The participation fees for the karaoke competition will be RM5.
